The views of the south of Annapurna (8,091 m) are stunning.
The 3-day Balthali Village trek will give you a glimpse of trekking in Nepal for those with only a matter of days to spend in Nepal. The trailhead of this trek can easily be reached from the centre of Kathmandu within an hour's drive.
On this hike, you will have the option of staying in lovely accommodation or you can go for more traditional teahouses.
In the Pokhara area, the Ghorepani/Poon Hill, the trek leads trekkers to the famous Poon Hill (3,210 m) viewpoint.
On the way out, the regular path follows a loop through Ghandruk.
The Kalinchowk trek's trailhead can be reached from Kathmandu in just half a day. The path parallels an elevated ridgeline of the Annapurna range with excellent views.
Note: on this trek, it would help if you camped on the way.
This is a prevalent extension of the trek to Ghorepani/Poon Peak, which takes you to a ridge with great close-up views of the 8th highest mountain in the world, Dhaulagiri (3,357 m).
In the lower Everest area, Pikey peak offers excellent views of Mount Everest (8,848 m) from a distance. The route parallels the first section of Jiri's Everest Route.
The Everest Panorama Trek takes you to the heart of Nepal's Everest Area. You will hike the first four days of the Everest Base Camp trail after a magnificent flight to Lukla (2,860 m) before you reach Tengboche Monastery (3,867 m) with its stunning views of Ama Dablam (6,812 m).
There are many options to make your Everest trek a more comfortable experience for travellers on a higher budget, utilizing higher-end hotels and optionally having helicopter trips in your itinerary to see more of the Everest area in less time.
Due to its vast views, Tamang history, relatively gentle speed and convenient access from Kathmandu, the Langtang Valley Trek is a perennial favourite in Nepal.
In Langtang, the 2015 earthquake caused massive damage, and the valley was inaccessible to tourists for more than a year. Langtang is back now that the path and lodges have been reconstructed.
By raising much-needed revenue to restore in a sustainable and healthy manner, trekking in this beautiful valley would help the people of Langtang.
The Nar Phu trek brings hikers to a pair of valleys located between the regions of Manaslu and Annapurna. The trek is a real secret treasure, no longer seen on many hikes in Nepal, with an authentic feeling.
The forest of the Himalaya is awe-inspiring and on the road, you can encounter very few other trekkers.
