We have a few house rules, at our discreet and quiet location, which enable everyone to spend good time: keep as much quiet as possible after 10 pm not to bother our neighbors; make a payment at your arrival; and restrict smoking in the house and allow it only in open air. Also take care about cleanliness and leave the room the same way as it was given to you.
