The Annapurna Base Camp Trekking is well known for being Nepal's most breathtaking destination and international tourist. This fine joey gives you a rare opportunity to go yourself to the culture, lifestyle, and traditions of the Himalayas while taking some of the most stunning natural landscapes. The trek begins with a tremendous 30-minute flight or a seven-hour drive to the great city of Pokhara, often known as adventure officially begins, marking the beginning of your journey to Annapurna Base Camp at an altitude of 4,130 meters.

As you go through the great route, you'll be treated to the West Nepal landscape's fine views, characterized by diverse terrains and dramatic shifts at altitude. The trek passes through the various villages inhabited by the Magar, Thakali, Tamang, and the famed Gurung communities, each offering a rare cultural experience and fine hospitality. You will encounter great forests filled with fine rhododendrons and pine trees along the way. In a similar vein of time, the great snowy peaks of the Annapurna range give a great eye-catching backdrop throughout the journey.

DAY 1

Reach Kathmandu (1300 meters)

You will be received by our representative at the airport who will transfer you to the hotel of your stay. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 2

Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu

On day 2, we will go on a grand tour all over the famed Kathmandu, going through the significant tourist attractions like the great Hindu iconic temple Pashupatinath Temple, the insightful Buddhist shrine Boudhanath Stupa, the legendary and self-created Swoyambhunath Stupa, and well-known Patan Durbar Square. Swoyambhunath stupa is the best and most visited Buddhist stupa around the globe. Its mystery remains a secret, and it has an incredible 360-degree view of Kathmandu. From there onwards, we tour Patan, one of Kathmandu's greatest medieval cities. This tour will give us a great view of the culture and art around Nepal. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Kathmandu, with a great breakfast to take your day.

DAY 3

Head to Pokhara (900 meters)

Our trekking staff will take you, and you must wake up pretty early, well before 6:30 in the morning, to the tourist bus stop, from where we will go to the great Pokhara. Pokhara is a great city of lakes and offers the glorious and impressive sight of the Machhapuchhre and Annapurna ranges, along with Mount Lamjung and the majestic Dhaulagiri. Overnight stay at the hotel, which also has a tasty breakfast.

DAY 4

Move to Nayapul (1010 meters); head to Tikhedhunga (1570 meters); four hours

On this day, we start our journey of ABC trek as we reach Nayapul from Pokhara via drive in a private vehicle. We move along the river, Modi and get to Birethanti (1015 meters) and then walk along the north bank of the river Bhurungdi. We ascend along the valley side to reach Hile (1495 meters). After ascending for a short time, we get to Tikhedhunga which is at an altitude of 1570 meters. The walk is comparatively easy and is short on this day.

DAY 5

Head to Ghorepani (2840 meters); five hours

We walk on a tremendously steep path until we reach Ulleri, the great Magar village, at an elevation of 2070 meters. We also walk through the lovely rhododendron and oak forest to get to Banthanti (2250 meters). We also head unto Nangethanti (2460 meters), reach the famed Ghorepani (2840 meters), and walk for an hour. Meals Provided: Breakfast, Lunch, as well as Dinner.

DAY 6

Ghorepani-Tadapani (2700 meters) and hike till Poonhill (3210 meters); six to seven hours

We will go to Poonhill early in the morning to see the sunrise view throughout the Whiye Himalayas. We can also see the incredible views of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges in the mornings. We can even see Mustang and Pokhara from Poonhill, along with the panorama of over twenty peaks. We head back to Ghorepani after having coffee. We grab breakfast at Ghorepani and walk eastwards, climbing a ridge. The path descends across pristine waterfalls and green rhododendron forests before we get to Tadapani. Overnight stay at Tadapani. Meals Provided: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

DAY 7

Move to Chhomrong (2170 meters); six hours

We descend through lush green rhododendron forest. We walk across beautiful terraced land and then climb uphill )five kilometres) and then walk past waterfalls and get to a suspension bridge. We have some ups and downs after which w finally reach Chhomrong; our overnight stop.

DAY 8

Head to Bamboo (2310 meters); four to five hours

From Chhomrong, we walk many stone-filled steps to get to Chhomrong Khola. W walk past a bridge above the river and ascend uphill to reach SInuwa. We cross the amazing forest to reach Kuldihar. We have an easy, gradual descend to Bamboo and stay there overnight.

DAY 9

Bamboo- Deurali (3230 meters); three to four hours

We walk across a bamboo forest to then climb uphill along a steep trail to reach Himalaya Hotel; from here the forest is cleared and we can savor the sight of the beautiful glacial river down. We get to Hinku cave and then move down to a river from where we move up to reach Deurali where we can relax enjoying the stunning views of nearby hills and the majestic Dhaulagiri mountain. Overnight stay at Deurali.

DAY 10

Head to Annapurna Base Camp (4130 meters) en route Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700 meters); five to six hours

We move along the valley with a steep climb up. We walk across rocky cliff which can get steep. We move across a flat trail before we move to Machhapuchhre Base Camp. We can enjoy amazing views of Gandharvachuli, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, Annapurna I, III and south. We move up to reach Annapurna Base Camp where we can have a wonderful time enjoying the Himalayan panorama. We stay overnight at ABC.

DAY 11

Retrace back to Bamboo; seven to eight hours

We move down to Machhapuchhre Base Camp and then the places like Deurali, the Himalayan hotel as well as Dobhan to reach Bamboo. We move downhill easily on this day. Overnight stay at Bamboo.

DAY 12

Head to Jhinu Danda (1760 meters); five to six hours

We head back to the village of Chhomrong, where we eat lunch and descend to the valley of Modi Khola. We move down to Jhinu Danda and stay here overnight. We see rainforests as well as farmlands on the way. We can relax for the rest of the day. 

DAY 13

Move to Nayapul and drive till Pokhara; six hours’ trek, one hour drive

We move forward to reach Nayapul from Jhinu Danda. We get lunch on the way and head back to Pokhara. Overnight stays will be at the nearby designated hotel in Pokhara.

DAY 14

Pokhara-Kathmandu

On this last day, we will go to the city of Kathmandu, and in the evening, we will have a tremendous cultural dinner to celebrate the end of the adventurous trekking journey. Overnight stays will be made in the vast valley of Kathmandu.

DAY 15

Farewell to Nepal

You shall be taken to the airport before your scheduled flight from where you take the flight back to home or your next travel destination.
