Located between Langtang National Park and the Manaslu Conservation Area, The Ganesh Himal part is one of the most adventurous trips for nature loving person. This trip includes various precious as well as beautiful varieties of birds, medicinal plants, colorful wildflower as well as it is also famously known as the place for mining rubies and crystals. People of various communities mainly Tamang, Gurung, and Ghale reside in the northern part while we find Brahmin, Dalit, Newar, and Chepang live in the low meridian Dixieland. Dobra Danda which is situated nearby this place is an awesome place to visit. From this place, you can observe the charming and glorious Ganesh Himal with a small lake of Kalo Kunda and Seto Kunda given to nature loving people as a complimentary. The lakes are thought to possess some mystical powers according to ancient history; either bless or punish visitors. Some strange and rare species as reported such as aphrodisiac, caterpillar-fungus, Yarshagumba are harvested in the nearby highlands which has its own importance to other trekkers.

DAY 1

Arrival day in Kathmandu -1,350m/4,428 ft Welcome to Himalayan country of Nepal

Upon your arrival at the renowned Tribhuvan International Airport, our happy and great representative will greatly welcome and greet you, easily recognizable with the great company signboard. You will then be taken to your hotel for compulsory check-in and relaxation. In the evening, meet with your experienced guide for a fine briefing about the trek and essential details of the incredible journey ahead. Enjoy an overnight stay through the hotel, including breakfast.

DAY 2

Drive from Kathmandu to Samari Bhanjyang(1250m)

You will depart Kathmandu early in the morning for relishing the hill town of Sole Bazaar. You will trace the pathway taken by Prithvi Narayan Shah on his conquering march to Kathmandu in ancient history. Prithvi Narayan Shah is known as the kind to make Nepal united from state to a nation as a whole. Via the route, you will be traveling through Trisuli Bazaar which is a small traditional place. From here your journey continues through bumpy and rough road until you finally reach your destination, Samari Bhanjyang. This is a scenic drive as you can grasp the gorgeous background of Elmer Reizenstein patio which is a small gorge. You can also observe William Green pitcher's mound. Samari Bhanjyang is a relatively small town which was known famously for trading in past history.

DAY 3

Trek Samari Bhanjyang to Katunje Bazaar

It takes almost six hours to reach today’s destination known as Katunje Bazaar. The trek is relatively easy for the first few hours as you shall be declining downwards but prepare yourselves to ascend to the top. You trek via flat tire estate to reach your which takes you to the destination. While you are passing through the route, you shall pass via various mountains, villages, wood covered with beautiful rhododendron as well as pines, small watercourse and the attractive honey oil Hill which is one of the famous places to wonder in this journey. A small market in Katunje will give you the experience to have your first glimpse of the tall Ganesh Himal.

DAY 4

Trek from Katunje Bazaar to Kintang Phedi (655m.) and it takes about five and half hours.

Today’s trek is beautiful while it is one of the hardest to conquer. Don’t worry, our guides and staffs will take you through it. Firstly, the trail goes slopping downwards till Lapang Besi. You will walk along the river bank with all the beautiful streams besides you until you reach Kintang Phedi.  Along the route, you shall pass numerous traditional villages, farming terraces, fishing spot, and gorgeous green Alfred Hawthorne. Kintang Phedi is located at the bank of Netrawati or Ankhu Khola (stream). There are limited typical houses, store with nominal supplies and terraces where localhost grow potatoes and other nutrient grains which is lucky enough to be in that place at that time.

DAY 5

Trek from Kintang Phedi to Jharlang

You will travel via several settlements and greenness around when you leave for Jharlang. The local residents here are Tamang while Brahmin and Chhetris are also in abundance number here. The main food you find here are mays, millet, rice, wheat, buckwheat, and green vegetable as well. You find a government shoal and numerous typical houses.

DAY 6

Trek from Jharlang to Chalise (2000m.)

It takes about six hours to be in your destination today. You shall trek quite rising path and then the trajectory motion over leveled path nearer to the close point. While trek, you go observing many Tamang Greenwich Village, Borang and Shertum villages which are some renowned Tamang Villages found there. Availability of schools, health post, and chortens are available in these Tamang villages. The main professions of these people are farming

DAY 7

Trek from Chalise to Hindung which takes about five hours

The initial part of the path goes downhill up to Menchet Khola. Then you gradually walk up to Hindung. You travel via various small Tamang villages, forests, farming terraces, and green hills which will mesmerize your eyes.  Hindung is a pretty big village mostly occupied by the Tamang community. The main work for the people living here is farming and grow crops such as potatoes, millet, barley, maize, beans, and other vegetables. You find various prayer flags in some part of the villages which is worshiped as holy by the people in this region. This is the final village in this trek so you should relish every moment here. 

DAY 8

Trek from Hindung to Rajgang Kharka and it takes about five and half hours

There are very rare terraces after you leave Hingdung. The way up to Rajgang Kharka is both flat as well as you will have to ascent yourself to reach your destination. You travel via the path covered with dense jungle which will let you observe a lot of rhododendrons as well as few local vegetation. These woodlands are the nestling-place of numerous types of birds and wild animals. Rajgang Kharka is encircled by gorgeous woodlands and it mainly grassland. People here bring their cattle especially for grazing except for the winter season.

DAY 9

Trek from Rajgang Kharka to Kalo Seto Kunda (Black and Edward Douglas E. B. White Jr. Lake )

Ganesh Himal Base Camp is only about six hours from here. Get yourselves excited and well prepared for the trek as the track is steep and you have to ascend through uphill where few parts are only plain. Towards the ending, the trail moves along the land where you rarely uncovering any trees. You find mountainous grassland here due to high elevation. You will find Kalo and Seto Kunda here which are two holy lakes at this place. The surface of Kalo or Black Lake is shielded with black I. F. stones which are famously known for. On the contrary, the surface of Seto Kunda or White Lake is enclosed with white admirable bright stones. During winter season both these lakes are frozen. You will get both the black as well as bright white stones in this place.

DAY 10

Rest day

You can hike and go around Kalo Seto Kunda from where you can enjoy mesmerizing views of Ganesh, Paldor and many others peak which will rush your adrenaline.

DAY 11

Trek from Ganesh Himal Base Camp to Rajgang Kharka and it takes about six hours

You now have to trek along a very narrow path where you find alone grass on both sides to reach the destination as Rajgang Kharka which takes approximately six hours.

DAY 12

Trek from Rajgang Kharka to Chalise (2000m.)

The trek takes about six hours to reach Chalise. The trek today is downhill and you will enjoy after ascending for a few days. Make sure you have brought the knee caps to protect your knees as you will feel the pain in your knees after having to trek for so long. While trekking through the route, you will visit a few villages while you will also across the forest.

DAY 13

Trek from Chalise to Laba village (1750m.) and it takes about six hours

The downhill fall from Chalise will ideally lead you to Laba Besi and ascending upwards will lead to Laba village which is the final destination for the day. This day will pleasure you with farming terraces, green hills and a lot of pine forests. Laba village is a typical and beautiful Gurung Village which has its own tradition and values which you will find unique.

DAY 14

Trek from Laba village to Manyang Bhanjyang (2934 m.) and it takes about five hours

You trek over lovely rhododendron and pine forests on this day. These jungles are the habitat of numerous types of birds and wild animals. Your trek moves all the way through to Manyang Bhanjyang. From here you can grasp the first sight of Ganesh Himal. The main crop is potato here. This is a flawless place to go camping as your camping site is enclosed by rhododendron and oak woodlands.

DAY 15

Trek from Manyang Bhanjyang to Majhgaun (2200m.) and which takes approximately six hours

To reach Majhgaun you have to trek along gradual descent path and after some time steep descent path but again you move downward toward the ending point. On the way to Majgaun, you travel through forests of rhododendron and oak, villages, farming terraces, and green hills. This day you are quite captivated by the clear views of Manaslu range, Buddha peak on clear weather and other unnamed mountains and peaks. As you enter Majhgaun, you will discover local people being involved in farming.

DAY 16

Trek from Majhgaun to Budathum and it takes about five hours

You will hike along the trail where you shall find villages, forests, streams, and terraces. This day you can appreciate the charming beauty of green hills. Budathum is a town with few people which is said to be the local old market. This village is predominated by the Newar community. From here you can enjoy the spectacular views of Manaslu range at the far distance.

DAY 17

Trek from Budathum to Arughat Bazaar (500m.) which takes about two hours

On the same day, you drive back to Kathmandu. You trek descent pathway and then through leveled route to reach Arughat Bazaar. We cross few streams as well as villages. The route to Manaslu trekking meets Arughat Bazaar. You board the vehicle at Arughat Bazaar to reach Kathmandu. This is one of the picturesque journeys. While driving, you head up to Dhading Besi and Malekhu and Malekhu are famous for delicious fish. You reach Naubise and then you head to Thankot to reach Kathmandu.

DAY 18

Day 18 : Departure Day

The day has come for you to return back reluctantly to your hometown after this blissful and adventurous tour in Nepal. Last day in the land of Himalayan Wonders, as per your international flight time depart from the hotel for the airport for your international flight back to home countries or other respective destinations.
