Pangboche-Namche Bazaar (3440 meters); four to five hours

Island Peak Base Camp-Pangboche (3985 meters); five to six hours

Island Peak Base Camp-Island Peak Summit (6189 meters), return to Base Camp; ten to twelve hours

Climb preparation for Island Peak Base Camp

Chhukung-Island Peak Base Camp (5200 meters); three to four hours
