Day 2 : Sightseeing tour at Kathmandu and trek preparation

DAY 3

Day 3 : Kathmandu to Lukla (2800 meters, 45 minutes); Head to Chhuthang (3020 meters, four to five hours trek)

DAY 4

Day 4 : Chhuthang to Tuli Kharka (4100 meters) en route Zatrawala Pass (4600 meters); five to six hours

DAY 5

Day 5 : Tuli Kharka to Kothe (4182 meters); six to seven hours

DAY 6

Day 6 : Kote to Thangnak (4326 meters); four to five hours
