DAY 1

Day 1 : Reach Kathmandu

DAY 2

Day 2 : Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu and preparation for the trek

DAY 3

Day 3 : Kathmandu-Pokhara via drive (around seven hours)

DAY 4

Day 4 : Head to Nayapul and then trek to Tikhedhunga (1540 meters, five hours)

DAY 5

Day 5 : Move to Ghorepani (3194 meters)

DAY 6

Day 6 : Early morning hike to Poon Hill viewpoint and then trek down to Ghorepani (one hour); again trek to Tadapani (six hours)

DAY 7

Day 7 : Move to Chhomrong (1900 meters, around seven hours)

DAY 8

Day 8 : Head to Deurali (3230 meters, around six hours)

DAY 9

Day 9 : Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130 meters, five hours)

DAY 10

Day 10 : Head to Bamboo (2340 meters, six hours)

DAY 11

Day 11 : Move to Jhinu (1780 meters, five hours)

DAY 12

Day 12 : Jhinu-Pokhara

DAY 13

Day 13 : Pokhara- Kathmandu by drive or flight
