Detailed Itinerary

Day 1Kathmandu Arrival+

Day 2Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing+

After a light and tasty breakfast, go on one full-day tour of Kathmandu, beginning with visits to the great Buddhist shrine Swayambhunath Stupa, also known to the ordinary people as Monkey Temple, the Hindu famed monument Pashupatinath Temple, and the delicate Buddhist stupa Boudhanath Stupa. In the afternoon, we will explore Patan Durbar Square at Lalitpur, the "City of Beauty," known for its ancient and medieval art and architecture and its surrounding great cultural heritage and vastness. Return to your hotel in Kathmandu for an excellent overnight stay.

Day 3Kathmandu – Pokhara (910 m/2986 ft.)+

You will be having early breakfast for a long drive of 5 to 6 hours of the exciting scenic city in Pokhara which is located at Mid-west of Nepal which will give you pleasing scenic of Annapurna Himalayas along with calm lakes of Phewa and Begnas. On reaching Pokhara, you will be transferred to a nice hotel beside the calmness of Phewa Lake, with your interest to wander around the calm city where you can visit temples of stores, shops, restaurants as well as lakeside.

Day 4Pokhara – Tikhedhunga(1577 m)+

After breakfast, about 1 and half hour Drive through great village Lumle brings you to Nayapul. The trek begins from here and you should get excited enough. Falling at first on a stairway and then crossing high above the river on a wide, stone-paved track to a large and rich town Birethanti (1000m). The trekking trajectory today tracks twisting bamboo forests and waterfalls with plunge pools tempting you for an energizing swim. Beyond a meadow used by pony caravans, the trajectory reaches a small village Sudami, where you can have your lunch. After lunch climb gradually up the side of the valley to reach Hille (1510m) and after a brief walking, you will arrive at Tikhedunga, where you will occupy the overnight at guest house.

Day 5Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,750 m/9,020 ft): 4 – 5 hours trek+

We will hike to Ghorepani passing Ulleri Village on this day. This is one of the most vital days of the full trek. Ghorepani essentially lies at the height of 2860m and takes about 5 hours to reach. On the way, we will cross Tikhedunga and also go crosswise a river through a bridge suspended over Bhurungdi River. Furthermore, we will pace pass by browsing background and sophisticated regions through oak as well as rhododendron woods. We will then reach Nangethanti and then lastly reach Ghorepani. Stay overnight at a tea house.

Day 6Ghorepani to Tadapani (2,700 m/8,860 ft) with a visit to Poon Hill: 6 – 7 hours+

Begin the day early through the hike unto the great Poon Hill (3,210m) to witness a fine sunrise at more stunning peaks such as Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, and the great Annapurna. After going at the breathtaking views, continue your journey with the close to 6-hour trek unto the Tadapani, passing scenic landscapes.

Overnight stays will be made at the cozy tea house, including Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 7Tadapani to Ghandruk+

Trek at the great charming village through the great Ghandruk (1,900m), a calm community untouched by modernization. Through the way, pass through sub-tropical valleys, lush rhododendron forests, and incredible waterfalls. Experience local culture, with villagers engaged in great agriculture, basket weaving, and fine traditional crafts. Enjoy the stunning views of majestic tall peaks and sky-torching peaks like the great Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, and surrounding mountains.

An overnight stay will go through the excellent tea house, including Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 8Ghandruk – Nayapul – Pokhara+

Day 9Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (6 hours)+

Day 10Departure from Nepal+

ESSENTIAL TREK INFO

Good to Know

1. Will somebody come to pick me up at the airport upon my arrival?

Yes, our representative will be there to receive you at the airport. S/he will be displaying your name outside the airport terminal. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel by our vehicle.

2. What sort of accommodation can I expect in Kathmandu and in trekking?

We use standard rooms at 5* Category hotels in Kathmandu and you will be accommodated at the best luxury teahouses/lodges along the trekking routes which provide the finest facilities in the mountains. The lodges in trekking routes generally offer single and double rooms. Likely, dining will be around a bonfire. In tea houses, food will be arranged in the kitchen which you should not enter without authorization.

Up until Dingboche, you will have attached restroom. But in two locations Lobuche and Gorakshep, you will have to use a common toilet and bathroom.

3. Is it possible to swap my accommodation from mountain guesthouse to hotels in Kathmandu?

Replacing the accommodation or exchanging from mountain guest house to Kathmandu is NOT probable. We only offer two nights’ accommodation in Kathmandu contained within the package.

In case of flight cancellation or early arrival to Kathmandu due to any illness in the mountain or any of your own individual reason or due to bad climate and you are unable to continue the trek, you will need an additional night accommodation/s in Kathmandu. We can make these arrangements for an extra charge.

4. Is it possible to reserve a trip now and pay deposit later or do I HAVE to pay a deposit at booking/reservation?

Yes! The trip will be confirmed only when we obtain the finalized booking.
